What I can say is that out of the 13 headphones I own, the K712s are the ones I usually pick for an immersive single player experience. I'm pretty sure the K712 is supposed to be the bassiest, although I still wouldn't describe it as a bassy headphone. There's also the K612, K701, K702, and K7XX, I've never tried them so I can't tell you what the difference is or which is better. If single player immersion is your main concern then you'd struggle to do better than AKG K712 pros.
